Assistant Spa Director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Spa Director to join our team in Fair Oaks, California. The ideal candidate will support the Spa Director in managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Support the recruitment, training, and development of spa staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
• Help manage scheduling, inventory, and budgeting to optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards within the spa facility.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa services and special offers.
• Address guest concerns and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and implementing spa programs, treatments, and events.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in preparing reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa management or a related hospitality role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry best practices.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with scheduling and point-of-sale software is a plus.
• Certification or training in spa management or related fields is preferred.
