Capital Raising Advisor – Venture Studio (Initio Capital)

We are actively onboarding seasoned capital-raising operators, consultants, agency leaders, and finance professionals who want to help founders secure pre-seed and seed funding.

As a Capital Raising Advisor , you will work directly with founders inside our venture studio to help them become investor-ready, develop clear fundraising strategies, and secure the capital they need to grow.

You will support companies across industries by providing expert guidance on capital strategy, investor communications, deck refinement, and introductions to qualified investors.

This role is ideal for individuals with fundraising experience who want flexible, high-impact advisory work with meaningful compensation and networking opportunities.

• Help founders develop clear, realistic pre-seed/seed funding strategies

• Advise on valuation, deal structuring, financial planning, and dilutive vs. non-dilutive options

• Guide founders through SAFE, notes, early equity rounds, and investor expectations

• Review and refine pitch decks, financial models, and data rooms

• Improve messaging, narrative clarity, and investor positioning

• Coach founders on pitching, storytelling, and investor communication

• Provide warm introductions to angels, syndicates, lenders, and early-stage VCs (optional)

• Support founders as they navigate investor conversations and diligence

• Help founders expand their fundraising pipeline and strategy

While capital raising is the core focus, advisors may also contribute to:

• Go-to-market strategy

• Product development strategy

• Talent and early hiring needs

• Operational systems and back-office readiness

• Experience raising capital for a startup or supporting founders who have raised

• Background in finance, venture capital, investment banking, entrepreneurship, or advisory work

• Experience with SAFEs, convertible notes, financial modeling, or investor relations

• Strong understanding of early-stage fundraising mechanics

• Excellent storytelling and communication skills

• Ability to quickly diagnose blind spots and provide actionable advice

• Comfortable working with multiple startups across industries

• Passion for enabling founders and empowering new innovation
