We manage facility maintenance for a wide range of properties - including offices, medical facilities, schools, and industrial spaces - and are looking to partner with professionals who can deliver consistent, high-quality carpet care in active commercial environments . Responsibilities Carpet inspections and condition assessments Deep cleaning (hot water extraction, low-moisture, or dry cleaning methods) Stain, spot, and odor removal High-traffic lane treatment and restoration Scheduled maintenance programs (monthly, quarterly, or as needed) Upholstery and related soft surface cleaning (as applicable) Work may include: Daytime or after-hours service in occupied facilities Coordination with on-site staff and facility managers Documentation of completed work (photos, notes, reporting) This is more than surface cleaning—effective carpet care requires proper equipment, techniques, and understanding of different materials to maintain appearance and extend lifespan.
