About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager , you'll serve as a key point of contact for customers and business partners, helping ensure their needs are understood, issues are resolved efficiently, and relationships remain strong.
This is a remote, non-technical position focused on communication, relationship management, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Manage customer onboarding and ongoing engagement
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct regular customer check-ins and follow up on outstanding requests
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
• Gather customer feedback and communicate trends to relevant teams
• Help improve customer retention and overall satisfaction
• Represent the company professionally in every customer interaction

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales, client services, operations, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable learning and using business software
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team

No coding or technical background is required.
