MicroHabitat is looking for a talented freelance event photographer based in Los Angeles to capture the essence of our vibrant outdoor urban farming events.
Location: Los Angeles
Duration: 1-hour outdoor event
Deliverables: Minimum of 15 high-quality edited photos
Timing: Flexible – based on event scheduling
Opportunity: Potential for recurring contracts during the next urban farming season
You'll be tasked with visually documenting one of our community-focused urban farming events. Your images will showcase the interactions, engagement, and natural vibrancy of our projects, helping tell the story of how green spaces are transforming urban environments.
Experience with outdoor event or lifestyle photography
Ability to capture candid, natural moments outdoors
Reliable and punctual, with a quick turnaround time (3–5 days)
Familiarity with natural light shooting conditions
Bonus: An interest in sustainability, food systems, or urban spaces
