We're looking for an experienced Logistics Manager, Americas to lead and optimize our regional distribution network across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for ensuring products move efficiently, accurately, and cost-effectively from receipt through delivery, returns, and inventory management across retail, eCommerce, marketplace, drop-ship, and direct-to-consumer channels.As a key member of the operations team, you will lead a regional logistics organization, manage strategic 3PL partnerships, drive operational excellence, and help build a scalable supply chain that supports continued business growth across the Americas.What You'll DoLead and develop a regional logistics team spanning the U.S., Canada, and MexicoManage warehouse operations through both direct and third-party facilities, ensuring strong service, inventory accuracy, and operational performanceOversee transportation, distribution, and cross-border logistics activities while optimizing service levels and cost efficiencyEstablish and manage KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance reviews with logistics partnersDrive continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, transportation, inventory control, systems, and automationPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Global Operations to support business growth and customer satisfactionManage logistics budgets, cost-improvement initiatives, and performance reporting for regional leadershipLead logistics readiness for product launches, promotions, marketplace fulfillment, and peak demand periodsWhat You'll Bring7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, distribution, or supply chain operationsProven leadership experience managing warehouse operations, logistics teams, and third-party logistics (3PL) providersStrong knowledge of inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation, returns, and reverse logistics processesExperience establishing and managing operational KPIs, service levels, and continuous improvement programsStrong financial acumen with experience managing logistics budgets, transportation costs, and vendor performanceExperience with ERP and warehouse management systems; JDE experience is a plusExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Fluent English required; Spanish language skills strongly preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel distribution environmentsKnowledge of import/export regulations, customs compliance, dangerous goods, and cross-border logistics within the AmericasExperience leading warehouse optimization, systems implementations, automation, or network transformation projectsA minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova Don't meet all the criteria?
