Job Description Job Description You must be okay with initially working at their Mira Mar/San Diego location for a month before you transition to their Carlsbad location on 10/31/2026 The Manufacturing Assembler performs manual labor along a production line or within production cells to assemble and disassemble various component parts. Team assemblers work on an assembly line and may rotate through different tasks or perform the same or similar functions throughout the assembly process and shift. Qualifications and Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in intricate hand assembly and/or general assembly in a manufacturing environment preferred. Flexibility to accommodate changing work schedules and task assignments. Must be willing to work overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed. Strong manual dexterity and the ability to perform complex, repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately. Ability to push and pull when applying components to helmets. Ability to safely operate required equipment and verify compliance with established quality control standards. Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods, including for an entire work shift. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Ability to carefully follow verbal and written instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
