What You'll Do Every day as a CENTURY 21 Scheetz agent looks a little different — and that's the point. Here's the core of what the role involves. Build Relationships Network, stay involved in the community, and grow a business built on trust. Show & Sell Homes Locate, tour, and show properties. Help buyers find the right home and sellers get the right price. Negotiate & Close Negotiate deals, complete contracts, and manage every step of the transaction through sale. Market & Grow Market listings through social and direct channels. Stay sharp with continued training and education. No other Indiana brokerage gives agents this level of support. Your background doesn't matter — your drive does. Must be 18 or older And able to obtain your Indiana real estate broker license. Complete 90 hours of Pre-Licensing Our online course through RECP lets you do it at your own pace before you join.
