This role is ideal for an energetic visual storyteller who is passionate about producing compelling content from concept through final delivery. Position Overview The Videographer will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing high-quality video content for PHENYX clients across various industries. This role requires both technical expertise and creative vision, along with the ability to manage projects efficiently and collaborate closely with clients and internal team members. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the PHENYX team and clients during the pre-production planning phase Conceptualize and execute video shoots that align with client goals and brand strategy Travel for client productions out of state (approximately 4–6 days per month) Ensure all necessary equipment is prepared, tested, and functioning properly for each shoot Capture high-quality video and audio on location Edit footage in post-production to create engaging, polished final products Apply motion graphics, color correction, sound design, and other enhancements as needed Manage project timelines and deliver content on schedule Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and emerging production techniques Qualifications 2-5 years of professional videography experience Strong understanding of client objectives and industry demographics Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom Experience with Sony camera systems preferred Strong storytelling instincts and visual composition skills Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively High level of computer literacy and technical troubleshooting ability Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in the Lafayette, CO office Monday–Tuesday (hybrid schedule Wednesday–Friday when not traveling) Compensation & Benefits $70,000–$80,000 annual salary (based on experience) Full Time Health insurance available 401(k) plan with employee contribution option 12 paid holidays Earned PTO Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, creative agency #J-18808-Ljbffr
