Your work will directly support the production of high-quality industrial products.Key responsibilities include:Perform MIG, TIG, and resistance welding operationsAssist entry-level welders with interpreting production orders, layouts, and engineering drawings (blueprints)Layout, fit, and fabricate metal components such as frames and structural partsPerform additional operations including grinding and spatter removalTroubleshoot, perform setup/changeovers, and adjust processes as neededMeet established efficiency, quality, and safety standards within the first 3 monthsMeasure weld length, size, and pitch to meet print tolerances and minimize scrapPerform 3 or more welding processes proficiently within department standardsPromote and participate in continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floorEducation & Experience:Must pass a written and hands-on welding assessmentGeneral sheet metal or vocational training preferredPhysical Requirements:Routinely lift up to 40 lbs.Stand for extended periods with frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and liftingStrong manual dexterity requiredVision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusSafety & PPE:Steel-toed boots required (must be provided by the worker and worn during interviews and orientation)Additional PPE provided onsite (gloves, safety glasses, sleeves, hearing protection, etc.)Clean, professional appearance requiredWhy Work with Adecco:Competitive pay with weekly earningsTemp-to-hire opportunityHands-on role with skilled trades exposureOngoing support from the Adecco recruiting teamApply today — interview spots are limited and hiring is moving quickly.Pay details: $21.39 to $32.07 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
